Welcome to Vancouver Island British Columbia, a paddler's paradise! Maurelle & Rendezvous Islands are sheltered within the stunning coastal wilderness of the Discovery Islands. You will encounter breathtaking views of the rugged Canadian coastline & forested islands.
From the Mainland: Direct flights to either Comox airport or Campbell River airport are available from Vancouver, Calgary & Seattle. If you're traveling by car or bus, catch a BC Ferry to Victoria (Swartz Bay) or Nanaimo (Departure Bay or Duke Point) on Vancouver Island. Drive north to Campbell River to catch the BC ferry to Quadra Island (Quathiaski Cove)
From Victoria: Scheduled flights depart daily to Campbell River via Vancouver. If you're traveling by car or bus, drive north to Campbell River.
From Campbell River: Take the 10 minute BC ferry ride from Campbell River to Quathiaski Cove on beautiful Quadra Island. Ferries run regularly throughout the day. We suggest spending the night on Quadra Island to relax and get on ‘Island Time’.
From Quadra Island: The M.V. ‘COSMO’ is available for transport to either Maurelle or North Rendezvous Island. Other options include water taxis from Quadra/Campbell River and float planes from other communities.
